Hey, I’m Caleb.
I help churches create modern, welcoming websites that reach new guests and serve their people — fast.
Your website should help your church connect — not hold it back.
Your church’s website is often the first impression people have of your ministry. But too many church sites are outdated, confusing, or difficult to use.
I design websites that make it easy for people to find you, learn about your ministries, and get involved. A clear, modern site helps your church connect better with your community — and that’s exactly what I want to help you do.
Why work with me?
A simple process from start to finish.
Building a website shouldn’t feel complicated or overwhelming. My process is clear, collaborative, and built to help you move from vision to launch without tech headaches. From first meeting to final launch, I keep the process personal, clear, and focused on your mission.
-
We’ll start with a 30-45 minute video or in-person conversation about your church’s goals and vision. I’ll learn what makes your ministry unique, clarify the objectives for your site, and outline a simple plan and timeline. (I aim to complete all four steps in one month).
-
Here, I’ll ask you to provide me with all of the digital assets you’d like me to include on your new site. This includes: text descriptions, addresses and times, links, photos, videos, and more.
-
This is where the fun begins! I’ll design a custom website that reflects who you are and serves your community well. You’ll get to preview the progress, share feedback along the way, and see it all come together.
-
Once everything is ready, we’ll have one more conversation for a final review (where I’ll be listening for final revisions). From there, I’ll take care of the technical setup, transfer ownership to you, and show you (or someone on your team) how to manage and update the site moving forward.
check out my work…
Clean, organized, and user-friendly. This site, built for a medium-sized church, focuses on direct invitations to first-time guests and accessible action steps for existing members. Interactive buttons and images, scroll reveal, and parallax backgrounds keep visitors engaged and invite their exploration.
A “workhorse” of a website for a multi-campus mega-church with tons of events and ministries. This site has stood the test of time (built in 2017) and has hosted several thousand unique visitors. Its full-screen background video captures attention and its homepage navigation keeps things organized.
Tailored to tell a personal story that draws visitors into the heart and mission of this missionary couple. Beautiful, full-width images give an immersive sense and clear calls-to-action invite visitors to hear their story, understand their purpose, follow along for updates, and support their efforts.

FAQ
-
You don’t need to come in with perfectly polished copy. I consider myself somewhat of a wordsmith, and part of my role is helping shape your content so it’s clear, welcoming, and easy for guests to understand. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refining existing text, I’ll help make sure your message comes through clearly and confidently.

All websites are built on Squarespace. I use it because it’s secure, reliable, and easy for churches to manage long-term. It allows your team to make updates without technical experience while still supporting clean design, strong structure, and good performance.
Squarespace is a separate annual subscription that your church pays directly to Squarespace. I’m able to provide a 10% discount, which brings the cost to about $192 per year.
-
Yes. After launch, the site is fully yours. I’ll transfer ownership to your Squarespace account and walk you (or someone on your team) through how to update pages, swap images, and keep things current. You won’t be locked into me for everyday changes.
-
Yes! I can embed sermon videos, connect giving platforms, link or embed Church Center pages, add forms for contact or prayer requests, and integrate tools your church already uses. If you have a specific platform you rely on, I’ll make sure the website supports it smoothly.
-
I do both. Whether you’re starting from scratch or refreshing an existing site, I’ll help you create something that better reflects your church’s heart and serves your community well.
-
Most churches don’t need massive websites—they need clear ones. Common pages include Home, About, Plan a Visit, Ministries, Sermons, Events, Give, Contact, and Next Steps. From there, we can add pages like Kids, Students, Missions, Small Groups, Staff, or anything specific to your church.
-
You better believe it! Every site is designed to be fully mobile-responsive. Since many first-time guests visit a church website from their phone, mobile experience is always a top priority.
-
I offer two straightforward options:
Standard Site — $650 (up to 10 pages)
Expanded Site — $900 (up to 18 pages)
Both include custom design, mobile responsiveness, search engine optimization, collaborative revisions, ownership transfer, and a walkthrough so your team knows how to manage the site moving forward.
-
Included is everything needed to launch a strong church website: planning, design, build, basic integrations, and training. Things like logo design, extensive photo editing, or advanced custom-coded features aren’t typically included—but if you have a specific need, I’m happy to talk it through.
-
Just reach out through the contact form (by clicking Book Consultation below). We’ll schedule an initial conversation to talk through your church’s goals, answer any remaining questions, and determine the best next steps from there.
